In order to ensure the quality and ecological environment safety of agricultural products, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on Pesticide Management, on the basis of public solicitation of opinions, the Ministry has decided to introduce new products3The following management measures shall be taken for all kinds of pesticides。It is hereby announced as follows。

一、自2015年10月1From today on, the registration of mephos in citrus trees will be revoked, and the use of mephos in citrus trees will be prohibited。

二、自2015年10月1Starting from today, the registered use scope and application method of bromomethane and chloropicrin will be changed to soil fumigation, and other registration except soil fumigation will be revoked。Bromomethane and chloropicrin should be used under the guidance of professional and technical personnel。
